We warmly welcome PhD student Sree Lekshmi, who joins the Discovery Research Platform for Medical Humanities for two months in the Narrative Practices Lab.
Sree is a fourth-year PhD researcher at the Indian Institute of Technology Indore. Her doctoral research, “Storying Bipolar Disorder: Identity, Care, and Narrative in Indian Autopathographies”, examines how autopathographies intervene in dominant epistemic hierarchies by modelling new ways of thinking about care, identity, evidence, and what constitutes knowledge.

As a visiting researcher at the IMH, supported by a short-term research fellowship from IIT Indore, she will work with the Narrative Practices Lab and Dr Veronica Heney to further develop her doctoral research.
We look forward to working with you, Sree!
